DESCRIPTION:If you’re a woman (of any age) who needs a safe space to destress and rejuvenate\, join us every Wednesday for a complimentary yoga class. Chaya Galicia facilitates this class which combines vinyasa and yin (yin is a nice flow through easy stretches combined with resting poses that are held for several breaths\, bringing healing to the nervous system). This class is for beginners and those more experienced. If you have a mat and blocks\, bring them! Otherwise\, some will be provided.\n\nSpace is limited. Videos are used to guide the group into several poses that we hold for 2-5 minutes\, allowing our bodies to settle into deep stretches.
