In consideration of participating as a volunteer for The Sedona Project:

Release/Liability: I release and hold harmless The Sedona Project, along with its officers, directors, employees and agents, from  any and all liability, responsibility for injuries or illnesses I may sustain, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation as a volunteer.

Assumption of Risk:  I understand that there may be inherent risks in participating as a volunteer for The Sedona Project.. I personally assume all risks, foreseen or unforeseen, of injuries and other damages associated with participating as a volunteer. I further agree to cooperate to the best of my ability to achieve the specific and collective objectives of The Sedona Project and at all times follow the specific and general directions given by The Sedona Project leadership team.

Acceptance: Before participating, I’ve had the opportunity to ask questions to the leadership team at  The Sedona Project about my role as a volunteer. I have carefully read and understand this Agreement. I am voluntarily signing this Agreement.
