If you’re a woman (of any age) who needs a safe space to destress and rejuvenate, join us for a complimentary yoga class the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Mandy Nix facilitates this class which combines vinyasa and yin (and if you don’t know what that means, basically a nice flow through various easy stretches combined with resting poses that are held for several breaths, bringing healing to the nervous system). This class if for beginners and those more experienced. If you have a mat and blocks, bring them! Otherwise, some will be provided.
