If you’re a woman (of any age) who needs a safe space to destress and rejuvenate, join us for a complimentary yoga class the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Mandy Nix facilitates this class which combines vinyasa and yin (yin is a nice flow through easy stretches combined with resting poses that are held for several breaths, bringing healing to the nervous system). This class is for beginners and those more experienced. If you have a mat and blocks, bring them! Otherwise, some will be provided.
